The City of Loveland Public Works Department is committed to providing the community with a high level of customer service. Reports submitted through this page will be routed to the appropriate Public Works division for review and response. Please note that this form is intended for non-emergency concerns and may not be addressed immediately.
The following concerns can be reported to Public Works:
- Flooding: minor flooding of streets, inlet or stormwater pipe damage or obstructions, inspecting inlets, culverts, and detention pond outlet structures.
- Street and Right-of-Way: potholes, uneven manholes, snow or ice concerns, street obstructions, construction inspections, or road maintenance.
- Stormwater Maintenance: street sweeping, removing debris from channels and ditches, cleaning storm drains and inlets to prevent clogging, repairing or replacing damaged pipes.
- Traffic: traffic safety, missing or damaged street signs, traffic signal timing or outages for traffic signals, traffic calming or construction traffic control.
